Shipping Policy

We deliver in bulk to offices, event venues and hotels in the US and most other countries. We don't ship to employees' home addresses at the moment.

Delivery to your office or venue is included in your per-kit price. We ship duties paid, which means we handle customs and pay any import duties and fees. There's nothing extra to pay when your kits arrive. Branding add-ons are priced separately in the Customization Studio.

The minimum order is 25 kits. You can split an order across more than one office or venue, as long as each address receives at least 25 kits. Each address gets its own tracked shipment.

Every kit is hand-wrapped and packed at our studio in India. Standard kits ship within 1 week of your order being confirmed. Kits with branding add-ons take longer to produce, so we confirm your ship date in your quote. We ship by express air courier, and US offices usually receive kits within a week of dispatch.

The last day to order is December 20. Orders confirmed by then arrive in early January, in time for New Year gifting. If you need kits before Christmas, order earlier and tell us your date. We'll confirm in your quote whether we can make it.

We email you a tracking link the day your order ships. Kits travel in sturdy master cartons, with every kit already wrapped and ready to hand out.

Please give us the name and phone number of someone at the delivery address. The courier may need a signature. If your building has a loading dock, mailroom or delivery hours, tell us when you order and we'll pass it on.

Check your cartons when they arrive. If any kit is damaged or missing, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement free of charge.

You can change the delivery address any time before dispatch at no cost. If a shipment comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we'll reship it and charge only the extra courier cost.

A single sample kit costs $65 plus shipping. Shipping is quoted when you order. If you go on to order 25 or more kits, we credit the $65 against your order.
