Terms of Business

Quotes are indicative until confirmed in writing and are typically valid for 15 days. Prices depend on quantity, personalization and delivery locations.

Orders are confirmed on receipt of a written approval or purchase order. Personalized runs usually require an advance against production; the balance is due before dispatch unless agreed credit terms apply.

Artwork, logos and printed notes are produced from the files and text you supply. Nothing goes to print without your written sign-off on the proof, and we're not liable for errors in approved proofs.

Lead times and delivery dates are confirmed with each quote and may be affected by courier and supplier delays.

Standard stock can be cancelled before dispatch. Personalized and custom-packaged orders cannot be cancelled once production begins. Damaged or defective goods reported within 7 days of delivery will be replaced.

Addictively Yours and its artwork remain the property of the author and AdRo Ventures. Logos and brand assets you supply remain yours and are used only to fulfill your order.
